Iraq prosecutes foreigners accused of links to ISIS

Earlier this year, the US moved 5,700 men and boys suspected of involvement with ISIS out of Syria to Iraq. A new report by Human Rights Watch today warned that these prisoners risk abuse, unfair trials and possible execution. The World's Host Carolyn Beeler spoke to Letta Tayler, senior counterterrorism advisor at Human Rights Watch, who joined the show from Savannah, Georgia.
