It's rice porridge season in Denmark

In Denmark, there seems to be a porridge for every occasion, and soon it will be time for a rice porridge called risengrod. The dish hearkens back to a time when rice was a luxury in the Scandinavian country, according to restaurateur Lasse Andersen. Andersen takes The World's Joshua Coe behind the counter at one of his porridge bars in Copenhagen to learn how to cook this Danish classic.
