Francis Halzen, a Belgian-born scientist, has won this year's Nobel Prize in Physics for decisive contributions to the IceCube Neutrino Observatory and the discovery of high-energy neutrinos of astrophysical origin." The World's Host Carolyn Beeler learned more from Juanan Aguilar, a physicist and researcher with the observatory.
