Back in 2010, the explosion of the BP-operated oil well Deepwater Horizon in the Gulf of Mexico spilled more than 130 million gallons of oil into the water - wreaking havoc on the local ecosystem. A new study has found that since that environmental disaster, marine life in the area decline by 60%. Host Carolyn Beeler spoke to Tracey Sutton, the lead author of the study. He's a biological oceanographer at Nova Southeastern University in Dania Beach, Florida.
