In his new book, "Guns Are Not Enough: Foreign Aid in the National Interest," Andrew Natsios, a lifelong Republican and former USAID chief argues that helping vulnerable populations overseas helps make Americans safer and more prosperous. Natsios tells The World's Host Marco Werman that a reimagined USAID should have a seat at the Cabinet table, bringing development and humanitarian perspectives that might otherwise be overlooked by the Pentagon and the State Department.
