Obama will be hard pressed to secure advances in human rights and trade while in Cuba

Five-hundred American businesspeople have traveled to Cuba since restrictions eased in 2014, but not much has come of it. And the US government would like to negotiate with Cuba on the island's human rights violations, but the Cuban government then points to the treatment of prisoners in Guantinamo.
