Community Transit Adds Late Night Trips on March 12

Marysville's Route 201 will have new late-night trips beginning March 12

Beginning Sunday, March 12, Community Transit will add 40 new weekly trips on 11 routes, increasing late-night service on two major corridors, adding mid-day frequency in Lynnwood and expanding DART paratransit service hours. As we reported last year, the trips will combine for a total of 6,300 hours, and will be followed by a large service change planned for September 2017.

New late-night weekday service is planned for two routes on the Highway 99 corridor (the Swift Blue Line and Route 101), the Marysville area (Routes 201 and 202), and on local service to Mukilteo (Route 113) and Mill Creek (Route 115). New mid-day weekday trips on Routes 119 and 120, both serving the southwestern portion of Snohomish County, will boost all-day frequency from hourly to half-hourly.

Swift Blue Line (Aurora Village to Everett): New Late-Night Weekday Trips

Three late-night trips are added in each direction providing 20-minute service until 11 p.m.

• Three new weekday late-night northbound trips departing Aurora Village are added at 10:20 p.m., 10:40 p.m. and 11 p.m.
• Three new weekday late-night southbound trips departing Everett Station are added at 10:20 p.m., 10:40 p.m. and 11 p.m.

Route 101 (Aurora Village to Mariner P&R): New Late-Night Weekday Trips

Two late-night trips are added in each direction, providing 30-minute bi-directional service until approx. 11 p.m.

• Two new weekday late-night northbound trips departing Aurora Village are added at 10:05 p.m. and 11:10 p.m.
• Two new weekday late-night southbound trips departing Mariner Park & Ride are added at 10:20 p.m. and 10:50 p.m.

Route 109 (Ash Way P&R to Lake Stevens): Weekday, Saturday and Sunday Schedule Adjustments

Northbound trip times are adjusted; please see schedule.

• Weekday northbound trip times from Ash Way Park & Ride are changed. Please refer to the online schedules or Bus Plus for specific times.
• On Saturdays, the northbound trip departing Ash Way Park & Ride at 7:37 a.m. will now depart at 7:46 a.m
• On Sundays, the northbound trip departing Ash Way Park & Ride at 8:32 a.m. will now depart at 8:43 a.m.

Route 113 (Lynnwood TC to Mukilteo): New Late-Night Weekday Trip

A new late-night weekday northbound trip is added.

• A new late-night weekday northbound trip departing Lynnwood Transit Center is added at 11:04 p.m.

Route 115 (Aurora Village to Mariner P&R, via Mill Creek): New Weeknight Trip, Saturday Schedule Adjustments

A new late-night weekday westbound trip is added; Saturday schedules are adjusted.

• A new late-night weekday westbound trip from Mill Creek to Aurora Village is added, departing 164th St. SE & Mill Creek Blvd. (not Mariner P&R) at 10:22 p.m.
• Saturday schedules for eastbound trips departing Aurora Village are changed. Please refer to the online schedules or Bus Plus for specific times.
• Saturday schedules for westbound trips departing Mariner Park & Ride are changed. Please refer to the online schedules or Bus Plus for specific times.

Route 116 (Edmonds to Silver Firs): Saturday Schedule Adjustments

Route 119 (Mountlake Terrace to Ash Way P&R): New Weekday Trips

• Five midday trips are added in each direction to provide 30-minute bi-directional service from 6 a.m. - 7 p.m.
• Five new weekday northbound trips departing Mountlake Terrace Transit Center are added at 9:56 a.m., 10:57 a.m., 11:57 a.m., 12:57 p.m. and 1:57 p.m.
• Five new weekday southbound trips departing Ash Way Park & Ride are added at 9:40 a.m., 10:40 a.m., 11:40 p.m., 12:40 p.m. and 1:40 p.m.

Route 120 (Edmonds Community College to Canyon Park): New Weekday Trips

Seven midday trips are added in each direction to provide 30 minute bi-directional service from 6 a.m. - 6 p.m.

• Seven new weekday eastbound trips departing Edmonds Community College are added at 8:10 a.m., 8:39 a.m., 9:39 a.m., 10:39 a.m., 11:39 a.m., 12:39 p.m. and 1:39 p.m.
• Seven new weekday westbound trips departing Canyon Park Park & Ride are added at 9:48 a.m., 10:48 a.m., 11:48 a.m., 12:48 p.m., 1:48 a.m., 2:48 p.m. and 3:46 p.m.

Route 201 (Lynnwood to Smokey Point): New Late-Night Weekday/Saturday Trips

A new late-night weekday southbound trip is added. A new late-night Saturday northbound trip is added.

• A new late-night weekday southbound trip departing Smokey Point Transit Center is added at 9:57 p.m.
• A new late-night Saturday northbound trip departing Lynnwood Transit Center is added at 9:53 p.m.

Route 202 (Lynnwood to Smokey Point): New Late-Night Weekday/Saturday Trips

A new late-night weekday northbound trip is added. A new late-night Saturday southbound trip is added.

• A new late-night weekday northbound trip departing Lynnwood Transit Center is added at 10:15 p.m.
• A new late-night Saturday southbound trip departing Smokey Point Transit Center is added at 9:44 p.m.

Route 222 (Tulalip to Marysville): New Weekday Morning Trip Added; Schedule Adjustment

A new early-morning weekday eastbound trip is added. One midday trip time adjusted; please see schedule. Two late-night Saturday trips are added.

• A new early-morning weekday eastbound trip departing Silver Village is added at 5:30 a.m.
• The weekday eastbound trip departing Silver Village at 1:31 p.m. now departs at 1:41 p.m.
• A new late-night Saturday eastbound trip departing Silver Village is added at 9:08 p.m.
• A new late-night Saturday westbound trip departing Marysville is added at 8 p.m

Route 402 (Lynnwood TC to Downtown Seattle): New Morning Trip Added; Schedule Adjustment
