Blocked Logins and Commenting Resolved (I hope)

I use a pair of very effective security and anti-spamer plugins that unfortunately have some feature overlap. A recent update to one or both made this condition worse. But since login is required to comment, I don't really need the ["] a Read the rest of this entry...
