Christmas 2018

Christmas dinner. Just myself, Mom and her boyfriend this year, so I kept it simple. Kings Hawaiian rolls, teriyaki caramelized onions and mushrooms, broiled black forest ham, pea-celery-bacon salad, ambrosia (Fred Meyer deli -delicious), and roasted parmesan potatoes and brussel sprouts. Came out really well.
I hope everyone got a chance to be with family and/or friends this federally recognized holiday.
Best wishes to all the federal employes that got grinched by The Orange Fool. (Don't like that I detest him, and always have? Pleased go away and raise a boycott on me.)
