NFS Client Ubuntu permissions

When using Nautilus it is constantly asking me for my password before allowing access to NFS shares.

Most NFS client setups say to mount NFS shares as nobody.nogroup

I sometimes see the NFS shares permissions as root.root

Would it not be best to mount NFS shares with your username ? ie teddy.teddy ??

This is my home NFS server so there are no other users

NFS server is Ubuntu 19.10-Server
NFS client is Ubuntu 19.10-Desktoplatest?d=yIl2AUoC8zA latest?i=HwwJVgA4KN4:CFbpoa8qRK0:F7zBnMy latest?i=HwwJVgA4KN4:CFbpoa8qRK0:V_sGLiP latest?d=qj6IDK7rITs latest?i=HwwJVgA4KN4:CFbpoa8qRK0:gIN9vFwHwwJVgA4KN4
