New MaxMind GeoIP database distribution strategy

To use the MaxMind GeoIP database now you must sign up for a free MaxMind account and download the database manually. (Thanks California)

I found this out after a fresh installation of Slackware then building and installing qBittorrent after Dec 31 2019.

To use the database with qBittorrent, register, download and extract the "GeoLite2-Country_20200204.tar.gz" to ~/.local/share/data/qBittorrent/GeoIP

There will be another option where you will be able to enter your license key into qBittorrent, but manually is the only way for now until the next release.

More info can be found here:

This might also affect other MaxMind databases as well (SlackBuilds).latest?d=yIl2AUoC8zA latest?i=6NpLizMAMPE:3c9mhVNoVpg:F7zBnMy latest?i=6NpLizMAMPE:3c9mhVNoVpg:V_sGLiP latest?d=qj6IDK7rITs latest?i=6NpLizMAMPE:3c9mhVNoVpg:gIN9vFw6NpLizMAMPE
