Pair charged in armed Brantford convenience store robbery
A man and woman are facing charges after an armed convenience store robbery in Brantford Wednesday.
Brantford police were called to the store at Erie and Gladstone avenues around 6:45 p.m. Nov. 18.
A man and woman had tried to shoplift several items, and after being confronted by the store clerk, the woman brandished what appeared to be a gun, police said.
No one was hurt and the pair fled on bicycles.
During the robbery, the man's face was exposed. Police claim they were able to identify the suspects from video.
