Sydney judge refuses to strike out part of NSW deputy premier's defamation case against entertainer Jordan Shanks
YouTuber personality Jordan Shanks has suffered a blow in court with a Sydney judge refusing to strike out part of a defamation case brought against the entertainer by the NSW deputy premier, John Barilaro.
The application by Shanks, who uses the nom de plume Friendlyjordies in his popular YouTube videos, related to Barilaro's claim that the YouTuber defamed him by claiming he committed perjury nine times and should be jailed for it.
