When the new NSW treasurer, Matt Kean, toured a Hunter Valley coalmine a year ago, managers complained about how hard it was to renew insurance for their pit.
In light of the weekend's conclusion of the Cop26 climate summit in Glasgow, those challenges will get more difficult, Kean has now predicted.
