A former senior police officer has told a court it is ludicrous" to suggest constable Zachary Rolfe should have used his hands to contain Aboriginal man Kumanjayi Walker, who was fatally shot during an arrest in the Northern Territory.
It comes as a second juror is discharged in Rolfe's murder trial in the NT supreme court, meaning both reserve jurors have now been engaged.
