Government admits bureaucratic issues causing Homes for Ukraine visa delays

The government has acknowledged that processing problems within the Home Office have led to delays between the approval of visas to Ukrainian refugees and emailed notification that visas have been granted - preventing many vulnerable refugees from swiftly making their way to safety.
