Gordon Ramsay sells Cornish home ‘for a record’ £7.5m

Chef's six-bedroom property with pool and tennis court was most expensive sold in Cornwall last year

Gordon Ramsay has sold one of his homes in Cornwall for 7.5m in what is believed to be the most expensive sale ever recorded in the county.

Daymer Bay House in Trebetherick - a property with six bedrooms, four bathrooms, a swimming pool and tennis court set on a hectare (2.5 acres) of land - was sold in March last year, when the pandemic-fuelled race for space" was still driving up house prices in picturesque and more rural locations.
