The family of a 60-year-old cyclist killed when he was struck by a car near Ballarat say they will never forgive the man who hit him and did not stop.

Much-loved grandfather David Thomson died on 21 October last year after a car struck his bike on La Trobe Street in Delacombe, near Ballarat.
