As a mother and a family nurse discussed a baby's development at a New South Wales health clinic they were tragically unaware the boy under their noses had become unconscious.

Three-week-old Harvey couldn't be revived after his mother unwrapped his cloth sling and found him pale and motionless at the Central Coast's Long Jetty community health centre on 8 April 2019.
