Police say baby found not breathing and two women found injured at address in Sparkhill
A man has been arrested on suspicion of murder after a three-week-old boy died in Birmingham.
West Midlands police said they were called to Dovey Road in Sparkhill, in the south of the city, at 3.40am and found a baby who was not breathing and two women with injuries.
