Woman rushed to Flinders Medical Centre with serious injuries after incident near Adelaide
A 32-year-old woman has been left with serious injuries after a shark attack at Port Noarlunga Jetty in South Australia.
SA Ambulance Services said the woman was bitten on the head at around 1:20pm at the beach, which is south of Adelaide.
