Second named storm in 36 hours continues country's most active storm season since records began
Storm Jocelyn will quickly follow Storm Isha, meteorologists said, continuing what has been the most active storm season in the UK and Ireland since records began.
Met Eireann has named Storm Jocelyn, which is forecast to bring strong winds and heavy rain to the UK on Tuesday and into Wednesday.
