NATO members form ice pact to challenge Russia in Arctic

The US, Canada and Finland have just announced plans to work together to build icebreakers, a type of ship suited to the icy waters of the Arctic. The idea is to fend off growing Russian activity in the polar region, as climate change enables easier passage through once-frozen seas.
