Independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. admitted he dumped a dead bear in New York City's Central Park a decade ago, telling actress Roseanne Barr in a video that he did not kill the bear, but put it in his car with plans to skin it after he found it lying dead on a road upstate.
