Putin lowers the bar for nuclear strike

Russian President Vladimir Putin has effectively lowered the threshold for what would prompt a nuclear response. In a strongly worded warning to the West on Wednesday, Putin said that any attack on Russia that is supported by a nuclear power will be considered a joint attack on his country.
