India partners with Spain to help its military aircraft industry take off

Today, India inaugurated its first private military aircraft plant. Established in partnership with Airbus Spain, the plant is part of the country's long-term goal of reducing its reliance on foreign defense manufacturing. India has been the world's top arms importer in recent years, according to the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute.
