The disgraced former New South Wales police officer Roger Rogerson died after suffering a major stroke while bedridden and receiving end-of-life care", an inquest has confirmed.

The former NSW detective died in Prince of Wales hospital on 21 January, 2024 after suffering an intracerebral haemorrhage.
