US greenlights long-range Ukrainian missile strikes into Russia

President Joe Biden will permit Ukraine to use US-supplied long-range missiles to strike inside Russia for the first time. The Army Tactical Missile System, known as ATACMS," are reportedly only authorized for use in the Kursk area. That's where North Korean troops are currently fighting alongside Russians.
