Biden approves deadly land mines for Ukraine

The Biden Administration has agreed to supply Ukraine with anti-personnel landmines, in an effort to slow the steady advance of Russia's troops, especially in the eastern Donbas region. Officials say the new mines are "non-persistent", battery-detonated and don't function after a pre-set period of time.
