A man booked an airline ticket to Japan in the two hours between fatally stabbing his mother and his arrest at Brisbane airport's international terminal, police allege.
Emergency services were called to a residence on Chestnut Place about 4.20pm on Monday at The Gap in Brisbane's north-west, Queensland police said.
