Oasis tour marred by scalpers — UK moves to stop resale madness

More than 15 years after their last performance together, Britpop legends Oasis have reunited with the band playing to packed-out stadiums in their hometown of Manchester this week. But thousands of fans are being priced out. Tickets have soared thanks to scalpers, known in the UK as touts, who've snapped them up and resold them at sky-high prices.
