Taiwan has a new envoy to Finland, and he is also the lead singer of a renowned Taiwanese heavy metal band. After months of trying to set up cultural exchanges that drew little to no interest, Freddy Lim decided to stage a heavy metal concert. The event was a big success, in large part because Finland has the highest number of metal fans per capita. Host Carolyn Beeler has more.
