Polluted Tijuana River is an equal-opportunity disaster

Billions of gallons of wastewater laced with industrial chemicals pour into the Tijuana River and reach the Pacific Ocean every year. The pollution also seeps into the earth and froths into airborne particles. People on both sides of the US-Mexico border say it is making them sick.
