Extreme cold and rain grip Gaza

Palestinians in Gaza are struggling to stay warm and dry as fierce winter storms topple damaged buildings and destroy flimsy plastic shelters. Salma Altaweel, a support manager for the Norwegian Refugee Council, says staying warm and dry is all but impossible.
