Spain to offer amnesty to half a million undocumented immigrants

Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez wants to fast-track residency for hundreds of thousands of mostly Latino immigrants, people who can prove they've been in the country for at least five months and who have clean criminal records. Sanchez has argued for this on moral grounds and because Spain desperately needs workers. Some say it's a necessary but bold move, as other European countries sour on outsiders.
