Critics call Venezuela's new amnesty law mostly just window dressing

Venezuela's acting President Delcey Rodriguez signed an amnesty law last week that freed political prisoners. But dozens of imprisoned soldiers and exiled political leaders have been excluded from the deal. Critics say the new law is window dressing designed to appease US President Donald Trump.
