World Health Organization declares emergency in response to Ebola outbreak

The World Health Organization (WHO) has declared an emergency in response to an Ebola outbreak in Democratic Republic of Congo. More than 300 cases are suspected and nearly 100 people have died. The particular strain, Bundibugyo, has no approved treatment or vaccines.
