Last month, China instituted the so-called Ethnic Unity Law." The government says the new series of regulations is aimed at promoting unity and patriotism. But for China's more than 50 ethnic minorities, the regulations impose the Chinese language in schools and public life. Eduardo Castillo, China bureau chief with The Associated Press, was given rare access to Tibet in a government-led visit last month. He joins the show from Beijing to discuss.
