The Friedrich August Refuge, a hotel and restaurant 7,500 feet up in the Italian Dolomites, is being overrun with tourists. That might sound like a good thing, but locals are frustrated because most people are coming just for krapfen, the donut-like pastries, that are being promoted by influencers on social media.
