Regarding the funding of this, cash is cash. Whether you think that it's cash as a positive in a balance sheet or a bank account, or whether you're borrowing it, it's money. It's cash.

As Suella quite rightly said, the amount of money going into student loans, it's all government money, and this government is borrowing vast sums.

In terms of Mickey Mouse courses, listen, this has been well-chronicled for many years. Whether it's gender studies, whether it's golf course studies, I think I've seen there's not a necessity. There's not a value in many of these degrees.

Now I know that might be uncomfortable to those people who have those qualifications, but the reality is you've got to ask yourself: what are your graduate outcomes looking like?
