With alarms, beeping monitors, slamming doors and more, hospitals are rarely quiet. The noise isn't just annoying; it can be harmful, and can interfere with a patient's ability to rest and a doctor's ability to work. But back in 2024, a group of international psychologists, designers and musicians reimagined what hospitals could sound like in the future. Bianca Hillier reports.
