Spain's smallest island seeks independence to slow tourism

Spain's smallest island wants to quit the country so it can get rid of tourism. It's called Tabarca, and it has 59 official residents. But on any given day in August, the one-mile by half-a-mile island can receive several thousand visitors. Most are people looking for a cool place to party. The result is a nightmare for locals. To stem the "hordes" Tabarca has repeatedly petitioned the local municipality for help. The World's Gerry Hadden explains where things stand now.
