Europe toughens migration rules are ‘weaponized’ Spanish incident denied by Morocco

Many in Europe believe the Moroccan government played a role in the massive border crossing in July in which nearly 80,000 people entered Spain's North African enclave of Ceuta. Morocco denies it, and ordinary Moroccans believe their government. Their country, they say, has nothing to gain by upsetting relations with Europe today.
