Carter, 91, reveals that doctors have detected 'four spots' of melanoma on his brain after liver cancer surgery. Carter held a press conference at the Carter Center in Atlanta to announce the diagnosis, saying he will have four treatments scheduled in three-week intervals - the first of which starts on Thursday
