If you've ever spent much time in a city, you've probably seen murals or other street art that breaks up the monotony of building after building. In cities all over the world, artists turn brick and mortar walls into works of art. With that in mind the Google Art Project has given us the Street Art Watch Face for Android Wear. The Street Art Watch Face revolves around the pieces of art developed by a variety of artists. The watch face moves from one piece to the next at the beginning of the hour. While the app isn't filled with tons of options, you can see the care that was put into what is available. The colors of the actual time display stand out from the artwork, without taking away from each individual piece. There are three distinct ways to display the time on your Smartwatch. The default is to have an analog display, clean and easy to read with a hour, minute, and second hand on the clock. The digital display gives you bold numbers at the bottom of your screen. Your third choice is a minimal display. You get a simple circle for your clock, with two beads to display the hour and minute. It might take an extra moment to decipher the time, but it's definitely minimal enough that you can easily enjoy the artwork.

Accessing all the info you need by just glancing down at your Android Wear device saves you time everyday. The Driver Watch Face gives you the time, date, and two readouts of the time along with 3 customizable widgets for the rest of your info. Combined with a design that gives you options, it's got undeniable style. The Driver Watch Face has a clean, and fairly simple design. The top of your screen has 3 widgets, all of which can be adjusted in the settings. The bottom right quarter gives you the battery readout for your Smartwatch, a digital readout of the time, and the date. The rest of the watch face is analog, with a second counter around the edges. From your watch there aren't many editing options. The ability to change colors is all you get. All of the real settings are available only through your phone. Your options are all on the same vertically scrolling menu, with a preview of what the watchface will look like with your changes. Driver Watch Face is jam packed with options, so that you can adjust things until they are a perfect fit. As far as appearance goes you can change the background of the watch, the dials that hold the widget info, the type of hands on the analog face, and the color of the borders, background and text. Those are just the beginning.

The latest Android Wear update brings along with it interactive watch faces, which will make it even easier to stay connected on the go. Currently, users have to fumble around with their watch to try and see what the next event in their calendar is, or to launch an app, but that is all changing. With the new functionality, developers can add additional information to watch faces that can be revealed with just a single tap.

Finding a Watch Face that gives you the info that you need to know, while keeping it simple aren't always easy to find. Many get you that info, but wind up looking cluttered, others have a clean and simple look, but you don't get the details you need at a glance. If that's the case then the Nova Material Watch face for Android Wear might have you covered. The Nova Material Watch Face has a clean, understated look to it. It's got a fresh, minimalistic appeal while still getting you the information that you want out of your watch. Lets take a look. The top of your screen has two indicators for notifications. On the top left is a small speech bubble, accompanied to the right by an envelope. Otherwise known as messages, and emails. If your inboxes are full of nothing but read messages, then you'll just see the icons themselves. On the other hand if you have unread messages, then a small colored bubble will appear with a number within it; the number of unread messages you have waiting. The middle of your screen is where most of your information is waiting. In the middle of the screen is a 12 hour digital readout of the time. Just above it, is the current date, along with which day of the week it is. To the left of these you'll see a weather indicator to give you a clue about what to expect if you venture outside.
